Hand movement during shutter button operation is the leading cause of image blur. Anti blur auto shutter eliminates this, and also minimizes the chance of ruined images by releasing the shutter automatically when the camera detects that the hand and subject are still.

Even when you are unable to view the monitor screen, the camera detects when a face is within the monitor screen automatically. The camera also will release the shutter when it detects the subject is free of blur-causing movement.

Even for difficult-to-shoot panning images, simply follow the moving subject and the camera will record the image automatically when its movement exactly matches that of the subject.

Auto Shutter in combination with Continuous Shutter records a series of images, triggered by a smiling face or elimination of blur-causing movement.

EXILIM's popular BEST SHOT scene is now better than ever. Simply point the camera at the subject and it focuses and detects subject movement automatically. Then it automatically selects from among six of the most commonly-used sample scenes and sets up the camera accordingly.




The camera detects movement of the subject and minimizes image blur due to hand and subject movement.

This feature detects hand movement while shooting and stabilizes the image mechanically.

Higher sensitivity and faster shutter speeds reduce the chance of image blur due to hand and subject movement, making it possible to capture clear images without using the flash.

The camera increases ISO sensitivity automatically to minimize blur when it detects subject movement, and decreases sensitivity to minimize digital noise when it detects that the subject is stationary.

The effects of hand movement can be minimized during movie recording. The effects of hand movement also can be corrected for during movie playback as well.




Face Detection locates and focuses the subject face, and optimizes brightness. Subject movement is tracked automatically.

The camera locates faces anywhere within the monitor screen and optimizes focus and brightness. Even in backlit scenes, faces come out bright and clear.

Even when a subject is moving, the camera automatically follows detected faces, while updating the focus setting.

After you register a face, the camera will automatically locate it in an image and give it priority for focus and brightness settings.
